Refunds/Replacements

We at Klepki Lashes are confident that you'll love your lashes as much as we do. We offer a 14-day hassle-free replacement and refunds for defective items.
All lashes that are returned are not put back up for sale. After inspection, they are disposed of immediately. 

To ensure that we process your return/replacement as quickly as possible, see the following steps.

1. REQUEST A REFUND/REPLACEMENT.
Before returning your product, please message us with your intent to return on contact@klepkilashes.com 
Include your order number and an explanation of why you are returning your lashes. Please also specify whether you'd like a refund/replacement.
Once we receive your message, we will get back to you within 24 hours with a return address.

2. RETURN YOUR LASHES TO US.
For a full refund, your lashes must be in their original condition, in their original packaging as well as the invoice and return note from your email. 
From here on, getting the lashes back to us is your responsibility! Make sure you use a postal service that insures the package as well as tracking. Package them securely to make sure they aren't damaged in transit. 
Please note, we do not cover the return costs. Klepki Lashes only reimburses the cost of the product(s) and not the return shipping.

3. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect them to make sure they are in their original condition. If in the unlikely event that they are in an unsuitable condition (ie: used) we may have to return them to you. You will not be reimbursed if your eyelashes have been used/tampered with.
If you request a replacement (in an example, the eyelashes you bought aren't your style and you'd like to replace them a different pair) your replacement lashes will be sent out within 30 days of acceptance of returned product.
If you request a refund, we will use the method you used to purchase to issue the refund after we confirm you're entitled to a refund for a defective item.
